The following vacancies currently exist at Pool & Spa Poppits Pty Ltd.

Pool & Spa Poppits Pty Ltd is located in Hallam.  The manufacturing company is owned and operated in accordance with Christian ethics.  The business operates in all states of Australian and exports to New Zealand.

Having grown substantially over the last 8 years, Poppits is seeking to employ an office administration person who is willing to role up their sleeves and be hands on in the daily running of the office at its hub.

In this role you would be responsible for:

• Customer Service.
  • Order entry; arranging despatch, invoicing, customer enquiries, channelling technical queries to state based managers, mail and general duties.
• Administration.
  • Co-ordinating with production and logistics, communicating with interstate warehouses, administrative duties connected with contractors and part time employees where necessary, liaising with State Managers for sales and customer requirements, responsible for telephone calls for company to suppliers and customers.
• Accounting.
  • Preparing accounts payable for payment, debt collection, all facets of MYOB accounting including bank reconciliation.  Some payroll and superannuation responsibilities

The successful candidate will require the following attributes:

• Skilled in current version of MYOB
• Have a reliable work record
